Average monthly short-term rates (including furniture & housewares) in
Vancouver and the surrounding areas range as follows...

* Note - Prices vary based primarily on location, amenities, and the overall age and condition of the property.

    For Studios, average rates range mainly from $2000-$3200, with most starting at or above $2700.

    For One Bedrooms, average rates range mainly from $2200-$4800, with most starting at or above $2900.

    For Two Bedrooms, average rates range mainly from $2900-$6000, with most starting at or above $3500.

    For Three Bedrooms- average rates range mainly from $4000-7500, with most starting at or above $5000.

*Note: The ranges above represent pricing on "better" type properties in the "upper moderate" and "high end" property categories. We have a few owners of lower end type properties (mainly in sub-prime locations) with lower rents. If you want us to try to search for rentals like this, you must specify the "low end" property category as your preference on our web form. Also, please know there's usually very little available in this category.

**Note: Low season rates usually apply for the months of November through end of May, and these can average 15%-25% lower than the rates listed above.
